Returns

Thank you for shopping at GIT Collections!

Customers may initiate a return within thirty (30) days of receipt, only for damaged or defective or lost or stolen products.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the product must be returned within its original packaging and with all contents.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the device itself must be defective or damaged, or the package was lost in transit or stolen.

For any operability issues you may be experiencing, and before submitting a return request, please contact customer support and we will attempt to troubleshoot and resolve.

Customer Returns and Refund Requests

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or returns page, and then request a return.

   a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
   b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
   c. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.

Click the order for which you want to submit the return.
If your order has more than one item, select the items to be returned or refunded.
Select a return/refund reason and add a note for the store:

a. “Damaged,” “Defective,” “Lost,” or “Stolen” will be the only valid reasons accepted under this policy.
b. Damage to anything other than the device will not be accepted for returns.

In the note section, indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

If the note section does not indicate a refund or exchange, then by default, a replacement product will be shipped.
