Shipping Rates and Times
Determine Shipping Rates & Times
We utilize most major carriers and apply negotiated rates for our customers. Exact shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight, and volume of all the items in the cart. The rates listed in the table below are approximate charges and will vary based on the destination, carrier, and the mode of transportation selected at checkout.
The total shipping cost is calculated by adding a base "Per Shipment" cost and various "Per Item" costs. The "Per Item" cost depends on the item, and is based on the quantity of items, the weight, or volume (referred to as the dimensional weight) of each package. The table below shows the base “Per Shipment” rate used as a minimum for shipping. Rates increase, or vary, from the base rate depending on the items in the cart.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times depend on the shipping speed that you select and the weight/size of the items in Your Cart.
To determine the applicable shipping rate and Delivery Window for items in Your Cart:
1. Review Your Cart for progress toward the free-shipping threshold.
2. Select Proceed to checkout.
3. Select or add your shipping address.
4. Select a payment method and select Continue.

Duties and Tax
Duties and taxes for international ecommerce shipments are calculated by multiplying the value of the goods by the import duty and tax rates of the destination country. The cost of duties and taxes depends on several factors, including:
- Value of goods: The total value of the shipment, including the cost of goods, shipping, and insurance
- Goods description: A description of the goods to help customs understand what they are
- HS code: The Harmonized System (HS) code for the goods
- Country of manufacture: The country where the goods were made
The import duty rate is usually between 0–10%, and the tax rate is usually between 0–25%. The exact amount depends on the characteristics of the goods and the country of origin. For example, most consumer goods have a customs duty of around 5–7%.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the duties and import taxes at the time of receipt of the shipment.
Shipping Insurance
Place orders stress-free. Each order will be insured for up to $200 USD. No matter what happens to your shipments while in transit or upon delivery, know that you’re covered for package damage, loss, and theft.
See Customer Returns and Refund Requests section for details on how to submit a request for a refund or product replacement.
Customers may opt for additional insurance coverage and buy for up to $5,000 USD.
1. During check out, Select add “shipping protection”.
2. Additional insurance fee will be calculated and display.
3. Acknowledge and confirm the fee.
4. Proceed with Check out.
Lost or Stolen Package
Lost or stolen packages are insured up to $200 of the full replacement value. Any order for any number of products that exceeds a $200 value will not be covered beyond the basic insurance policy.
See Customer Returns and Refund Requests section for details on how to submit a request for a refund or product replacement.
Order Tracking Details
Customers can log into their customer account to track their order on the order status page. Customers without an account may need to verify their email address or phone number along with the order number.
Customers can also install the Shop app from the order status page of a Shopify store to track orders. The app will automatically sync with Shopify to display orders placed from that store. For orders from other stores, the app can locate emails with tracking numbers if the customer uses Gmail or Outlook.
